How Tai Chi-Qigong has Helped Me

I love practicing this art daily. It is so relaxing and comforting. I find myself focusing on the movements and breathing and not my problems and worries. This effort of concentration takes my mind off of other things, while the movements soothe my outer and inner being. In October I was diagnosed with pre-hypertension. I was not happy.
