Class Schedule

Mondays 11:30 A.M in Game Room

In the Fall Quarter we will be practicing "Awaken Vitality."

Tuesday through Friday 7:15-8:00 A.M.

Game Room or Patio

Practicing "Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down"

Everyone is welcome.

You don't need to know any Tai Chi or Qigong to participate

Sit or stand

Wear comfortable clothing

Practice is the key to success. 

Practice daily or as often as possible.

Use the Warm-Up Video or come to class.

Your practice should be “comfortably challenging,” not painful or stressful.

Regular time and place.

Mirror the video movements in form and timing

Mirror same number of rotations, same positions as the video.

Adjust the positions and timing for your personal needs

Listen to your body.

If needed, do fewer movements or easier adaptations.

Apply the movements to your daily activities.

Do Tai Chi in your kitchen, bathroom, hallway, everywhere.
